MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of Straight Talk Counseling is to make available a variety of mental health, substance abuse, and rehabilitative services to individuals and families in need, for whom access or utilization of such services is limited, restricted or otherwise unavailable.

PHILOSOPHY

​

 Mental illness is not a character defect.  At Straight Talk Counseling, staff are committed to reducing stigma around seeking mental health services. We believe that therapy not only helps you understand yourself better but it helps you understand other people. Our goal is to remove the barriers in our community’s ability to seek mental health treatment ensuring that each and every individual has the opportunity to receive quality mental health support.
